KHALID MEHMOOD, MD

Founder of OMS and Managing Director, Khalid still steers the ship and ensures the companies original values flow through it every day. 

Matt CoX, Service Manager

Our lead engineer with over 15 years of IT support experience. Matt has traditionally worked with creative and architectural agencies, but has also developed solutions for markets from the UK to the Middle East. Fully qualified as ACMT, ACTC and ACSP, Matt is a solutions expert.

ALEX DIXON, Operations Manager

13 years experience building solutions for every market has made Alex our resident genius with both Macs and PC's.

Nikki McDougall, Dispatcher & customer Service

Nikki is our [second] newest member of staff. As well as our first line of customer service Nikki also allocates our engineer resources and is always ready to help.

KEVIN ASQUITH, Sales Account Manager

Kevin has worked for OMS for longer than anyone but Khalid. Based in Bradford, Kevin has a number of clients in varied fields.

Sam Murray, Junior SUpport Engineer

Sam is our newest member of staff.

Sam joins us from another small MSP in Leicester.

Building, repairing and upgrading PC’s & servers for 15 years, he provides support for home users and businesses.

Has run the Finance Department for over eleven years. Michael is familiar with all our clients and always there to help with admin and financial needs.
